It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlcie Marie Eppard of Herndon, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Scott and Elsie Scott; her daughter Lois; her son-in-law Bobby Smith; and her sons, Joe and Dale Dawson.
She is survived by: her brother Alonzo Scott (Lonnie); her sister-in-law Faith; her children, Wayne Dawson (Linda) and Linda Albers; and her grandchildren, Tom, Melissa, Tim, Wayne Jr., Shawn, Bonnie, Cindy, Brian and Amy.
