We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2025, Cynthia B. Norman of Herndon, Virginia, born in Vero Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ray. She is survived by: her sons, Chris (Lauren) and Kyle (Melissa); and her stepchildren, Alec Norman and Marie Hill.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floris United Methodist Church (13600 Frying Pan Rd, Herndon, VA 20171).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cyndy's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
