He is survived by: his wife Robin O'Connor of Great Falls, Virginia.; his son Frank O'Connor III (Angelia); his grandchildren, Madeline and William; his child Robin McConnell (Harold McConnell); his grandchildren, Riley and Tyler; his son Robert O'Connor (Lauren); his grandchildren, Liam and Lillian; and his sisters, Barbara Carnahan, Emily O'Connor, Cindy Conlon (Mike) and Suzanne Ellis (Bradley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams-Green Funeral Home (721 Elden St, Herndon, VA 20170). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Andrew Chapel Cemetery (1308 Trap Rd, Vienna, VA 22182).
