It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Noel Neil of Herndon, Virginia, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Neil and Leona Thomas Neil. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Rae Deegan; his children, Jennifer and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, JT and Emily; and his sibling's children, Kathy, Linda, Lori and Mike.

In place of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Fairfax County Animal Shelter at 4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
