He is survived by: his parents, Martinson "M. E." Agyen and Cecilia Adoma Agyen; his stepchild Nana Akua; his wife Wilhelmina "Mina" Osei Agyen; his children, Akua Adoma Agyen and Kofi Nyarko Agyen; and his siblings, Ambrose Agyen (Martin Agyen), Kwadwo Boateng Agyen (Nyarko Agyen), Prince Asirifi Agyen (Gifty Asantewaa Ankomah), Grace Agyen (Kingsley Agyen) and Richard Agyen (Eben Osei Agyen). He is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews.
