With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerda Lehnhoff Hashemi (Herndon, Virginia), who passed away on May 4, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Lehnhoff and Maria Busko. She is survived by: her husband Jamshid Balanian Hashemi; her brother Willie Lehnhoff; her children, Christian Rossman (Kouroush Hashemi), Rassul Hashemi and Roya Sullivan (Hashemi); and her grandchildren, Payvand Hashemi, Kathrin Hashemi, Arya Hashemi, Cyrus Hashemi, Oscar Sullivan, Luke Sullivan and Sebastian Rossman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 42 Farmer St, Richlands, VA 24641.
