She was predeceased by: her sons, Todd Groff and Thomas Hummer. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Ann Daniels, Nancy Zaleski, Mike Hummer and Jay Meadows (Missy); her grandchildren, Danny Daniels II (Amy), Vicki Daniels Dixon (Scott), Amanda Groff, Brayden and Brenna Meadows; her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Kristin (Paul), Brooke, Ryan (Katie), Curtis, Maddie and Kailee; her great great grandchildren, Lucas, Michael, Jacob and Grace; and her sisters, Margie "Tippy" Watts and Marie "Peachie" Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to the Pender United Methodist Church, 12401 Alder Woods Drive, Fairfax, VA 22033, to support their ongoing ministry and community outreach.
