He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sullivan and Ruth Hollenbeck. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Keith Sulliavn; his sister Carol Stapler of Concord, NH; his sons, Michael (April) of Sterling, VA and Alex (Stephanie) of Newton Grove, NC; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Noah, Hannah, Hunter, Norah Cate and Asa.
