He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Sinclair and Nan Sinclair. He is survived by: his sons, Jefferson Keith Sinclair III and Wray Curtis Sinclair; his wife Carol; and his pet Trace.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donation to be made to St. Timothy's Church.
