He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Ofano Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Williams Ofano; his wife Tammy; his sons, Joseph III (Shannon), Andrew and Ben (Danielle); and his grandchildren, James and Madi. He is also survived by his mother, two brothers, their children and grandchildren.
