He was predeceased by: his stepmother Barbara Jean Benton Carter. He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Savage Carter (Bert) and Edward Rinaldo Carter (Carole); his wife Lizza Carter; and his siblings, Michael Carter, Kellie Carter-Hudgins (Charles) and Brian Carter (Donna). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
