He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Napoli and Margaret Napoli (Mercia); his wife Joanne; his brother Thomas II (Napoli); his siblings-in-law, Phil Marasco and Elizabeth Riddell (Becky); and his pets, Sandy, JerryLee, Jake and Reece.

He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Smith (Napoli); his son-in-law Brandon Smith; his granddaughters, Hannah and Ashlee Smith; his siblings, Lucille Marasco and Arthur; his sister-in-law Patricia Columbe; and his friends, Joe, Madeline Briggs, Karen and Greg DeMetri. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
