She was predeceased by : her parents, Đặng Vũ Miên and Đặng Thị Hiền. She is survived by : her husband Nguyễn Tấn; her sister Đặng Thị Phúc; her children, Huong, Nghia, Thanh and Hang; and her grandchildren, Christine, Jeffrey, Nelson, Timothy, Tiffany, Andrew and Emily.
