He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Downer; his children, Douglas Downer (Annie), Debra Vigotsky (Tim) and Doreen Meadows (Jay); his stepsons, Larry Limon (Ruth) and Jeremy Ward (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Timothy Vigotsky, Jr. (Amy), Kaitlyn Downer-Petruncio (John), Chris Vigotsky, Julia Downer (Glendon), Miranda O'Toole (Brendan), Monica Madden (Ned), Adelaide Ward and Harper Ward.
