He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael J. Keffer and Clara E. Keffer (Fefolt). He is survived by: his siblings, Charles J. Keffer (Barbara), Richard T. Keffer (Mary Rose) and Elizabeth Keffer Platt. He is also survived by cousins who were part of his extended family.
