With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Jane Austin of Herndon, Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Poorbaugh and Elsie Poorbaugh (Leister); her siblings, Betty Snow (Joe), Sam Poorbaugh (Darlene) and Ray Poorbaugh; her brothers-in-law, Elwood Gartliz and Ray Rhone; and her daughter Angie Miller.

She is survived by : her daughter Cindy Austin; her son-in-law Ed Miller; her grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda) and Nikki Jones; her great grandchildren, William, Gabriel and Maddie Jones; her siblings, Mary Garlitz, Dorothy Rhone, Richard Poorbaugh (Nancy) and Bonnie Mulvihil; and her sister-in-law Sissy Poorbaugh. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
