He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Karen Platt (Christian), Craig Mandeville (Heather) and Jennifer Duncan (Paul); his grandchildren, Kendall, Ethan, Nolan, Taylor, Brayden, Flynn, Kenley, Reagan and Skyler; and his siblings, James Mandeville (Donna), John Mandeville (Joyce) and Christine Kuzmenko (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Alternatively, donations can be made to the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department, who have always responded with great kindness and professionalism.
