He was predeceased by : his wife Phillis L. Blackwell; and his daughters, Merle E. "Lisa" Gill and Juanita B. Collins. He is survived by : his grandchildren, Katherine E. Gill (Won Choi), Elizabeth Hicks (Gerald) and Linton Chamouris; and his sons-in-law, Mark Collins and William Gill. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
