She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Henderson and Evelyn Tolbert Bennett; and her siblings, Archie, Jack Bennett and Betty Bennett Robertson.
She is survived by: her husband Morris Branscome of Hillsville, VA; her sons, John Branscome of Washington, DC and David Branscome; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Richey of Irvine, CA; her nieces, Sheree Barnard of Mount Airy, NC, Archer Perkins of Dobson, NC, Caroline Bennett of Galax, VA, Jane Bennett of Siloam, NC, Debbie Blackwell of North Chesterfield, VA and Cathy Hamm of Oak Ridge, NC; her nephew Steve Woods of Verona, VA; and her close friend Trish Groseclose of Hillsville, VA.
