It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Collin Wright of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, David Wright and Vergie Wright; his former life partner Carolyn Payne Wright; and his siblings, Douglas George Wright and Connie Fay Wright Saunders.
He is survived by : his wife Teri Bond Wright; his children, Vickie Wright Leathers (Laird) of Soddy Daisy, TN and David Wright (Teresita) of Lexington, NC; his stepson Rocky Bond of Hillsville; his grandchildren, James Carden, Matthew Carden, Isabella Wright, Nicolẚs Wright (Deaven) and Julia Wright; his stepgrandson Logan Bond; his great grandchild Alexander; and his siblings, Gary Wright (Teresita) of Lexington, NC and Juanita Wright Bowers (Wayne) of Hillsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
