He was predeceased by : his parents, David Ned and Elizabeth Glene Edwards Haulsey; and his brothers, Gary Alan Haulsey and Douglas Mack Haulsey. He is survived by : his wife Katherine M. Haulsey; his siblings, Linda Glene Haulsey Payne (Harrison), Lena Marie Haulsey Drummond (Larry), Neil Eugene Haulsey and Walter Sherman Haulsey; and his grandchildren, Ethan Fegley and Addison Fegley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
