Nelson Thomas Williams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nelson Thomas Williams of Hillsville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Nelson Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nelson Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Williams and Roxie Thomas Williams; his son Jeffery Thomas Williams; and his brother Richard Williams. He is survived by: his son James Williams; his grandchildren, Kayee Isabell Williams and Nathan Thomas Williams; and his close friend Brian Parnell.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
