He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Ruth (R. N.). He is survived by: his siblings, Walter Randolph Chitwood, Jr. and Patty Anne Chitwood; his girlfriend Gwen Hughes; his partner's son Austin; and his former wife Marti Chitwood.
