He is survived by: his wife Patsy Belcher Lewis; his sister Sharleen Lewis Sage (Glen); his daughters, April Rosson (Brad) and Amy Robertson; his grandchildren, Brody, Paisley, Hope and Kadynce; his mother-in-law Minnie Lou Belcher; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Morrison (Rick), Pamela Walton (Jerry) and Peggy Rakes (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; further enrich his family.
