He is survived by: his children, Tami Penley (Brian) and Mike Strong; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Penley and Joshua Penley (Jess); his great grandchild Juliet Penley; his close friend Jim Corder (Susie); and his half-sisters, Virginia, Kay, Evelyn and Teresa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
