She is survived by: her children, Starlette Hicks and Brad Shaffer; her granddaughter Chantilly Hicks; and her siblings, Beulah Napier, Willis and Danny Napier.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott County Funeral Home. A procession will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
