With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louverna Mae Brown of Hinton, Virginia, born in Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jay Taylor and Mary Angeline Steers Taylor; and her niece Autumn Taylor Ward. She is survived by : her husband James Michael "Mike" Brown; her children, Shelly Raeann Barnes (Jason) of Buckhannon, VA and Michael Todd Brown (Rebecca) of Hinton, WV; her grandchildren, Jacob Woodrum (Megan), Emily, Rebekah Barnes and Khloeigh Brown; her stepgrandchildren, Makaylah Harrah, Paisley, Sutton, Emryn, Georgia McLaughlin and Bentley Fitzko; her great grandchildren, Julianna and Jace Woodrum; her stepgreat-grandson Levi Harrah; her brother Anthony Taylor (Rhonda); her nephew Clinton; her brothers-in-law, Junior (Marie), Kenny (Charlene), Bill (Shirley) and Larry Brown (Julie); her cousins, Tommy Ward (Lucinda), Heidi Richmond (Dustin), Scott Ward (Danielle), Beverly Hickman (Nathan), Raelynn, Clyde Steers (Pam Santana), Joann Cales (Shawn) and Virgina Cales (Buford); and also, Darell Tincher (Karen), Larry Tincher (Betty), Denvil Tincher, Doug Ames (Sheila), Linda O'Bryan, Judy Harless, Annalou McClure, Tommy and Christine Adkins.
