She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Huffman and Texie Huffman (Vance); her significant other Jerry Wayne Thompson; and her siblings, Boyd, Ward, Ford, Park, Bonnie Jean and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Carter (Craig Thompson) of Hinton, VA, Barbara Eavers (Bill) of Dayton, VA and David Thompson (Cheryl) of Elkton, VA; her grandchildren, Shayna Carter, Timothy Watson and Jordan Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Jentrey, Pierce, Margaret and Benji.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Huffman Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Clover Hill Fire Department or Rescue Squad.
