He is survived by : his wife Crystal Leigh Ford Meadows of Hinton, WV; his grandfather Sonny Meadows of Beckley, WV; his mother-in-law Jennifer Rookstool of Hinton, WV; his sister Megan Meadows of Hilldale, WV; his nephew Jasper Kidd of Hilldale, WV; his aunts, Kendra Meadows, Marcy Kinder, Dyneal Garten (Jeff), Lagaye Basham (Scott), Janie Bailey (Bill) and Mary Ann Blankenship (Mike); his stepsiblings, Rodney Bower and Christin Adkins (Brad); and his close friend Mike Smith of Hilldale, WV.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graham House.
