He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Jessie Miller and Mildred Honaker Miller; his siblings, Sandy Whitt and Jerl Miller; and his nephew Jody Munsey.

He is survived by : his children, Joshua Miller (Kendra) of Abingdon, Lindsey Marshall (Chris) of Honaker and Andrew Miller of Honaker; his sisters, Diane Munsey (Tim) of Belfast and Pamela Deel (Lloyd) of Prater; and his close friend Angel Ray.
