He was predeceased by : his parents, Teddy Miller and Sylvia Perkins Miller of Iowa; his siblings, Perry Miller, Geneva Taylor, Harley Miller, Clay Miller and Lewis Miller; his daughter-in-law Cyndi Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Kermit McGlothlin (Lorene) and Wanda Varney.

He is survived by : his wife Phyllis McGlothlin Miller; his sons, Randall Lynn Miller of Lebanon and Jeffrey Scott Miller (April) of Honaker; his grandchildren, Case Boyd, Jake Boyd (Casey), Shiana Couch (Tanner), Lleyton Miller, Lakyn Blevins, Sammantha Crim and Kirsten Crim; his great grandchildren, Parker Boyd, Jayce Boyd and Colee Jane Boyd; and his siblings, Kermit Miller, Sharon Cardamone, Kay Miller and Gaye Ramey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
