She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden Edward Cook and Lola Gay Clark Childress; her husband Gary Pauley; her daughter-in-law Amy Meadows; and her stepparents, Lois Cook and Ed Childress.
She is survived by: her son Donovan Meadows; her stepchildren, Steven Pauley and Meghan Begley; her grandson Dalton Meadows (Natalie); her great grandchild Athena Meadows; her sister Rebecca Lester (Jerry); her niece Vanessa Herbert (Michael); and her great-niece Charlie Herbert.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia.
