She was predeceased by: her mother Geneva Blankenship Baldwin; her stepfather James Dewey Baldwin; her grandparents, Robert, Romia Blankenship, Clyde and Goldie Hess; and her niece Riley Compton.
She is survived by: her father Roger Fayne Hess; her siblings, Pam Baldwin (Scott Hubbard), Sally Gillion (Billy), Rick Hess (Tammy), Roger Hess, Tammy Mitchell (Leonard), Regina Hopson (Jerry), Philisha Rasnake and Richard Hess (Virginia); her nephew Daniel Baldwin; and her caregivers, Beth and Tempa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
