He is survived by: his wife Ruby Sparks Elkins; his sons, Eugene Elkins (Patty), Chester Elkins, Keith Elkins (Becky) and Travis Elkins (Emily); his grandchildren, Sarah Ball (Dale), Christy Stilwell (Aaron), Melony Overstreet, Heather Graham (Chad), Jaiden Elkins (Ty Laimer), William Street (Caleigh) and Zachery Elkins; his great grandchildren, Shaynah, Daniel, Kermit, Kameron, Tucker, Cooper and Waylon; his great great grandchild Emily; and his grandson Ben Roberts.
