He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Roy and Viola Dye Hubbard; and his siblings, Leonard Hubbard, Glen Hubbard, June Breedlove, Jim Robinette and Estelle Dye.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Hubbard; his children, Tina Gail McGlothlin (Richard) and Dallas Wayne Hubbard, Jr.; his granddaughters, Dorothy Renee Griffith and Candace Nicole Jones; and his siblings, Gaynelle Dye, Truedell Dye (Rafty), Vernell Dye (Jerry), Ed Hubbard and Brenda Dye (Randall). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
