He is survived by: his wife Judy Perkins; his children, David Allen Perkins, Jr. (Christie), Rev. Teresa Lynn Musick (Mike) and Rev. Timothy Wayne Perkins (Christy); his grandchildren, Savanna McGlothlin (Landon), Jared Musick (Danielle), Allison Hillman (Camden), Rebecca Perkins, Rev. Caleb Perkins (Mahalia), Brianna Martin (Casey), Isaac Perkins (Julie) and Benjamin Sutherland; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Macie, Easton McGlothlin, Emma, Ava Musick, Blaze, Rayne Hillman, Oaklynn, Gideon and Emeryn Perkins; his siblings, Cornelia Justus (Frank), Elmer Perkins, Lincous Perkins (Evonne), Sally Reynolds (J. W.), Clifford Perkins (Denise), Mary Lou Rasnake and Gerald Perkins (Rexanna); and his sister-in-law Connie Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
