With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Ann Barrett (Honaker, Virginia), born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on May 15, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Hicks and Lucille Hughes Hicks; her husband Clyde Robert "Bobby" Barrett; her brother Richard Monk; and her grandson Skyler Hess.

She is survived by : her children, Tony Barrett (Melissa), Vickie Hess (Darrell) and Tammy Hess (Shannon); her grandchildren, Benjamin Barrett, Sarah Baldwin, Abigail Hess, Jason Hess, Misty Hale, Andrew Osborne, Jaden Hess and Todd Hess; her great grandchildren, Evan Stiltner, Kamdyn Hess, Ashlyn Hess, Baileigh Hale, Carlie Hale, Shane Osborne, Lulu Hess, Skyler Hess, Harper Hess and Celina Hess; her sisters, Pat Taylor, Wanda Street (Kermit) and Juanita Rimmer (Harold); and her close friends, Susie Crow, Ann Honaker, JoAnn Hart and Rick Bostic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
