He is survived by: his wife Audrey Fuller Hart; his children, Jeff Hart, Harvey Hart (Paula) and Angie Phillips (Joey); his grandchildren, Jordan Phillips, Kaelee Phillips, Heather Street, Emily Hart and Zoe Hart; his great grandchildren, Macie, Harper and Kamaya; his siblings, Virginia Honaker (Archie), Irene Yates (Howard), Ronnie Hart and Lonnie Hart (Tammie); and his sister-in-law Rachel Miller (Cecil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
