He is survived by: his mother Sue Lowe Meade of Honaker; his daughter Shauna Peck of Honaker, Virginia; his girlfriend Rachel Hess of Honaker, Virginia; his siblings, Jeff Meade (Regina) of Lebanon, Robert Junior Meade (Tina) of Nickelsville, Chris Meade of Honaker and Elizabeth Whitt (Chris) of Tennessee; and his niece Megan Wilson (Doug). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
