He is survived by : his wife Judith Whited Miller; his daughters, Lisa Slate (Raymond) of Swords Creek, Lena Murphy (Sam) of Cedar Bluff, Jill Witt (Tim) of Lebanon, Sarah "Sam" Brown (Bill) of Honaker and Jacqueline Helton (Bryon) of Lebanon; his brother Ronald Miller (Nancy); his grandchildren, Andrea McBride (Scott), Raeanne Huff (Joe), Ethan Witt (Taylor), Chelsea McGlothlin (Aaron), James Crabtree, Caitlin Bailey (Tyler), Emily Helton, Jacob Brown, Nicholas Helton and Olivia Mullins (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Raelynn Huff, Julie McBride, Beau Bailey, Luke McGlothlin, Beckett Bailey and Tatum Witt; his sisters-in-law, Betty Cole, Karene Webb, Nancy Miller and Alita Whited; and his nephew Barry Miller (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
