He is survived by: his girlfriend Bertha Jane Musick; his siblings, Kenneth "Junior" Yates of Honaker, Mary Jones of Honaker, Eliza Wilson of Honaker, Wanda Wilson (Tony Cook) of Honaker and Melissa Gaye Yates of Honaker; Travis Combs and Carter Combs.
