He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Frank and Nancy Hess Stiltner; his children, Jerry Stiltner, Nancy Jean Stiltner and James Stiltner; and his siblings, Edna Stiltner, Mary Matney, Burton Stiltner and Ira Stiltner.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Stiltner; his children, Gerri Stiltner, Kimberly Stiltner, Jason Stiltner and Jeff Stiltner; his grandchildren, Carly Compton, Landon Stevens, Matthew Dotson and Nicki Stiltner; and his half-sister Mable Wallace. He is also survived by one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
