She was predeceased by : her parents, Junior Clarence and Hazel Agnes Arwood Street; her siblings, James Harold Street (Mildred) and Wilma Meadows; and her brother-in-law Andy Meadows.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald Vance; her children, Melissa McNulty (Randy) of Claypool Hill, Virginia, Jimmy Lee Vance, Leigh of St. Clairsville and Rhonda Dean Street (Randy) of Rowe; her grandchildren, Justin Walter Vance, Kendra Clay Vance and Riley Elizabeth Street; and her siblings, Carl Street (Connie) of Abingdon, Darlis Shortridge of Abingdon, Judy Maxfield (Ron) of Rosedale, Donna Meadows (Randy) of Rowe, Fayrene Meadows of Rowe, Kenny Street (Kathy) of Rowe, Carolyn Street (Danny) of Rowe, Kester Street (Rita) of Honaker and Darrell Street (Regina) of Vansant. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
