She is survived by : her husband Paul McKinney; her sons, Chad Hess (Beth) of Vansant and Terry Hess (Amy) of Vansant; her stepdaughters, Karen Baisi and Kelly Gray; her grandchildren, Derek Hess (Shawna), Caleb Hess, Megan Hess and Jenna Hess; her stepgrandchildren, Rick Elkins, Sr. (Staci), Kaley Gray and Patrick Baisi; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Hess and Gabriel Hess; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Rick Elkins, Jr. and Cheyenne Elkins; and her siblings, Virgie Shortt Clark (Joe), Madine Shortt Owens (Bill) and Pete Henry Shortt (Dawn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
