He is survived by: his children, Michelle Meade (Bryan) and Jamie Rasnake (Maureen); his grandchildren, Chris Jessee (Amanda), Tiffany Deel (Luke), Evan Helton (Courtney), Emilie Green (Isaac), Ryan Matthews (Kylie), Kyle Matthews, Seth Matthews (Angeleigha) and Chelsea Jones; his great grandchildren, Colton, Casey, Walker, Aiden, Eli, Andi, Ava and Kendra; his sisters, Janice Perkins and Anna Hayes; his nephew A. J. Perkins; and his close friend Mike Kiser. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
