She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Cowan Jackson; her parents, Frank Owens and Ollie Greene Owens; and her sons-in-law, Lloyd Hart and Peter Burse.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Jean Hart, Gaynell Burse and Clifford Owens; and her grandchildren, Natalie Blevins (Ed), Todd Hart (Lisa), Brad Hart (Becky), Steven Burse (Susan), Kevin Burse (Nancy), Franklin Perry (Hope), Jason Owens (Elizabeth) and Jarred Owens. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great grandchildren.
