J.) of Honaker, Virginia; her grandchildren, Kaleb Hubbard, Madison Hess, Shaylin Hubbard, Blake Hess, Lucas Hess, Hayley Hubbard, Skyler Hubbard and Thomas Arnett; and her siblings, William Carl Maxfield (Sharlene) of Honaker, Virginia, Delores "Sissy" Murphy (Mark) of Honaker, Virginia and Jeff Maxfield (Melody) of Honaker, Virginia. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
