Though Tivis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perry and Maggie Frances Dye Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hagy Brown; his son Mark Perry Brown (Becky); his sister Mildred Ann Brown Hale; his granddaughter Tayler; his great grandchildren, Sadie and Shade; and his close friends, Randy Street and Scottie Dye. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
