She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Jones and Missie Jones; her siblings, McKinley Jones, Emmett Jones, Arthur Jones and Hattie Jarrett; her son Lawrence Jones; and her grandson Eric Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hawkins (William) of Dinwiddie, VA, Janice Winfield (James) of Petersburg, VA, Andrea Whitfield (James) of Hopewell, VA, Anita Jones of Hopewell, VA, Michael Jones of Richmond, VA and Althea Jones of Hopewell, VA.. She is also survived by her eighteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and the many additional grandchildren.
