With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kimberly M. McDougal of Hopewell, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2026 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her stepfather Harold T. Webster, Sr.; her uncle Jerome McDougal; and her nephew Denzel Gholson. She is survived by: her children, Terrance McDougal (Chanetta) and Angel McDougal (Kevin); her grandchildren, Alana Johnson, Terrance Jr. and Kenya McDougal; her goddaughter LaQuayle Agurs (Blake); her son Doral Jones (Ashleigh); her siblings, Kenneth McDougal, Kevin McDougal (Tabitha), Stephanie Webster, Alvin Jones (Ramona), Harold Webster, Jr., Antoine Webster, Dwayne Webster (Nicole), Monek Washington, Pam White, William White and Nicole Jones; and her friends, Terri and Monica. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
